棕色金刚砂

      棕色金刚砂是以铝矾土、焦碳（无烟煤）为主要原料，在电弧炉内经高温冶炼而成，用它制成的磨具，适于磨削抗张较高的金属，如各种通用钢材、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等，也可制造高级耐火材料。棕刚玉具有纯度高，质地致密，堆积密度大，自锐性强，韧性好，磁性物含量特低的特点，用其制成的磨具磨削锋利，发热率低，磨削比高，且使用时沾附少，制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝，不起网状裂纹的特色，用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具、研磨抛光等。

天然金刚砂

      天然金刚砂又名为“玉砂”或“天然金钢”，具有较强的硬度和很好的耐酸耐碱性，是一种岛状结构的铝(钙)硅酸盐，色多优美。外观：红绿黑颗粒状，是由岛状结构的铝（钙）硅酸盐矿物质加工而成的。特点：耐磨度强，熔点高，比重大，性能稳定。

黑色金刚砂

       黑色金刚砂是用石英砂、石油焦(或煤焦)、木屑为原料通过电阻炉高温冶炼而成。含SiC约98.5％，比重3.20-3.25g/cm3，硬度9.2，其韧性高于绿色金刚砂，大多用于加工抗张强度低的材料，如玻璃、陶瓷、石材、耐火材料、铸铁和有色金属等。

绿色金刚砂

       绿色金刚砂是用石英砂、石油焦(或煤焦)、木屑为原料通过电阻炉高温冶炼而成。含SiC99％以上，比重3.20-3.25g/cm3，硬度9.2，自锐性好，大多用于加工硬质合金、钛合金和光学玻璃，也用于珩磨汽缸套和精磨高速钢刀具。此外还有立方碳化硅，它是以特殊工艺制取的黄绿色晶体，用以制作的磨具适于轴承的超精加工。

白色金刚砂

      白色金刚砂以工业氧化铝粉为原料，于电弧中经2000度以上高温熔炼制成，经粉碎整形，磁选去铁，筛分成多种粒度，其质地致密、硬度高，粒形成球状，密度1.53-1.99g/cm3，硬度9.0，白刚玉适用于制造陶瓷、树脂固结磨具以及研磨、抛光、喷砂、精密铸造等，还可用于制造高级耐火材料。

产品用途

      研磨抛光---- 研磨级磨料，应用于显象管、光学玻璃、单晶硅、镜片、钟表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等领域的自由研磨，是国内普遍采用的高级研磨材料。

      树脂磨具---- 金刚砂磨料具有颜色合适、硬度好、有韧性、合适的颗粒断面类型和刃口保持度，可作填充剂替代20%-30%棕刚玉应用于树脂磨具，效果理想。

      涂覆磨具----金刚砂磨料是砂纸、纱布等生产厂家的生产原料。

      过滤介质---- 采用粒状金刚砂作过滤床的底层介质，净化饮用水或废水，是国内外新型的水过滤材料，尤其经过水力精心筛选，机械加工，筛选分级等方法制成的研磨材料，主要用于研磨玻璃制品，工业除锈及水切割等。

      抛光除锈----抛光砂磨料介壳状断口，硬度适中，韧性好，边角锋利，可在不断粉碎分级中形成新的棱角和边刃，使其研磨能力优于其它磨料，它具有硬度高、比重大、化学性质稳定及其特有的自锐性优点，使它具备了其它磨料、人造磨料所不可替代的优势。

      2、储存：应储存于阴凉干燥处，防止内外包装袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空气中其它物质，影响使用效果。严禁与有毒有害气体或易挥发物质混放，存放要远离污染源。
